You can feel completely at ease in this beautiful sunny apartment directly in the first line to the beach of Los Cristianos! The rooms have large windows, everything is flooded with light! The apartment was completely renovated in 2018 is on the top, fourth floor and has a lift!

There is only the promenade between you and the beach, so you can leave the house in your bathing suit and the sea is simply wonderful! It couldn't be more convenient! You can walk to numerous restaurants and shops and the bus station from where you can get to all corners of the island, including the airport, of course!

Here, in the original part of Los Cristianos and close to the harbor, there is a friendly atmosphere, locals and tourists enjoy the wonderful climate and the pleasant sea breeze.

The apartment is about 90 qm/2 and the double balcony about 20 qm/2 with outside shower and sun awnings.
